I'm fundraising for Children's Hospice South West who provide hospice care for babies, children and young people living with life-limiting conditions and their families. Hospice care includes stays, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at their 3 children's hospices; Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall.

Walking in memory
Tuesday 29th Sep Hi Everyone, myself and my assistance dog Bosco, are will be walking in loving memory of our friends and family who have all been supported over the years by CHSW.Matthew, Ben, Dexter and Jack were all cared for in their most needed moments. I will be walking through my flair ups and pain to raise awareness and funds for this amazing place that not only brings joy in the hardest of moments but also takes care of the whole family in the process.
