I'm fundraising for Children's Hospice South West who provide hospice care for babies, children and young people living with life-limiting conditions and their families. Hospice care includes stays, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at their 3 children's hospices; Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall.

Monday 21st Sep

Growing up, I unfortunately experienced the heartbreaking loss of both my twin cousins who sadly had a life limiting disease and seeing first hand, the impact that hospice care can provide to the children and their families -this charity is one very close to my heart.
