Hospice care includes stays, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at their 3 children's hospices; Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall.My Achievements

Supporting Childrens Hospice South West
Monday 5th Oct Hey Guys, I’m raising money for Childrens Hospice Southwest this November.This November, I’m taking part in Cosy Co-op to help make the most of short precious lives.
I’ll be fundraising for Children’s Hospice South West, who provide vital hospice care and support for babies, children and young people living with life-limiting conditions, as well as their families.
Their amazing work includes respite stays, emergency care, palliative care and end-of-life care across their three children’s hospices:
Little Bridge House – Devon
Charlton Farm – Somerset
Little Harbour – Cornwall
The work they do provides not only specialist care, but also precious time, memories and support for families during some of the hardest moments imaginable.
