I'm fundraising for Children's Hospice South West who provide hospice care for babies, children and young people living with life-limiting conditions and their families. Hospice care includes stays, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at their 3 children's hospices; Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall.

Friday 11th Sep Hi everyone I’m Ivy and me and my dog willow will be walking 70 miles in October to raise money for some lovely children in hospice south west. We appreciate every donation and support knowing it’s going to a good cause. 🩷✨⚡️Ivy & Willow 🐶🐾
